How do I send my device?

Once you have submitted your device and accepted the quote, wrap it in bubble wrap and place it in a small shipping box. Print the prepaid shipping label from your account under My Trade-ins, stick it on the box, and drop it at any Canada Post location. Shipping is free.

When will I get paid?

As soon as we receive your device, our experts review it. If it is in the condition you described, we start processing the payment immediately. If our experts believe the quote needs to be revised, we contact you first. Payments are sent within 3 to 5 business days of your device being received and approved.

What payment methods do you offer?
